We hope you and your
family have had a wonderful year! Our little family of five continues to be
blessed with love, strength and happiness that we are grateful for every day.
We started the New
Year out in Bremerton, Washington visiting Kevin’s parents for the holidays. In
the spring, we accompanied Kevin on a business trip to St George, UT and
enjoyed touring the city, swimming in the pool and hiking in Zion’s National
Park. Our summer was spent running through the sprinklers, playing at parks and
traveling to Bremerton again, this time to celebrate Kevin’s parents 50th
Wedding Anniversary. During the fall, we
filled our days with fun at Cornbelly’s, pumpkin patches, apple cider and
soccer. We are enjoying this Christmas season with unseasonably warm weather
and seeking out ways to serve those around us.
Through all of our
adventures, it seems like our children are growing too fast for us to keep up! Eleanor
turned 5 years old in January and started Kindergarten this year. She is
thriving in school and loves socializing with her friends on the playground.
Eleanor loves soccer and was the leading scorer on her team this fall. She
continues to be as sweet as can be with a kind and generous heart.
Scarlett turned four
in October and loves to learn alongside her sister. She loves to draw, using
all the paper in the house and often moving on to other surfaces around our
home. Scarlett started playing soccer this year and also started taking a ballet/tap/tumbling
class that she loves. She continues to be thoughtful, loving, strong willed and
brightens every day.
Clark celebrated his
first birthday in August and we can’t believe how quickly the first year flew
by. He is running around all over, often chasing his big sisters and taking
them down with his big bear hugs. Clark
says very little, but loves barking like a dog and rolling his tongue. He is
currently obsessed with music, Mickey Mouse, and Pua from Moana. Clark is our
little snuggler and is quick to give affection when he sees someone sad or in
pain.
Kevin stays very busy
with his work at Lucion Technologies and his Credit Repair business. His big
project this year was leveling dirt and laying sod in the backyard. We are very
grateful for his hard work and the kids have loved running around the backyard
every day.
April spends her days
trying to keep up with all that comes with having three little ones, while
still managing to find time to exercise, craft and shop without children on
occasion. April currently serves as the Young Women’s secretary and adores
working with the youth of the Church.
Thank you for
enduring this long-winded update and for all of your love and support! We are
blessed beyond measure with amazing friends and family. We are grateful to our
loving Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ for this beautiful life that we
get to live. They have guided us along and given us strength when we needed it
the most. May you feel peace and love this holiday season!
Love, The Anderson Family
