I am so far behind on blogging, oops! This is going to be a dump post of the fun stuff we did leading up to Christmas.
Decorating the Christmas Tree after we returned home from Thanksgiving break.
Only about 5 ornaments broke while they were putting them on.
Santa driving through Eagle Mountain throwing taffy.
Eleanor had gotten sick earlier in the week and Scarlett finally got it, followed by Kevin. Luckily I stayed healthy!
A first for us, Scarlett stuck a bead up her nose. I freaked out and took her straight to urgent care. Probably could have tried to get it out myself, but I was terrified I would make it worse. Luckily the doctor was able to get it out fairly easily.
Building Christmas trains at Lowes. The girls love these workshops.
I've been a little obsessed with buffalo plaid lately.
The power went out for about half a day, so we cuddled up to stay warm and read books.
Christmas craft: Gingerbread girl puppets
Snow day! We have gotten a lot of snow this winter.
The Christmas season isn't complete without a trip to Temple Square in Salt Lake City. Grateful it wasn't too cold and not crowded at all when we went.
More Christmas crafting. This time making ornaments for the tree.
Visiting the reindeer at Thanksgiving Point.
Beautiful girls in their Christmas dresses.
My sister and I rehearsed every Sunday evening for months to sing The Messiah as part of a community choir. It was such an awesome experience.
